WHY LE CHEMINANT INTERNATIONAL HR ?
From experience we have made sure we are morally better than many other companies providing Employer of Record, Payroll or PEO services.
- We introduce the local partner to the client immediately and cheerfully let the client deal direct with the local partner. A lot of competitors go to enormous lengths to keep their local partners private/secret.
- We always insist that we and our partners have a genuine employment relationship with our employees. You would be surprised at the number of firms that never use the words “employee” or “employment” in their contracts. Instead the individuals are termed “consultants” or “contractors” or generally treated as something less than a full employee.
- A lot of our competitors charge a flat % rate for social security whereas we charge exactly the amounts we are charged by the authorities, building in the salary limits that are found in a lot of social security systems in a lot of countries.
- We do not try to make money out of foreign exchange. We have a forex rate in our invoices and then the month after we find the rate and amount we were actually charged and give a reimbursement to the client where appropriate. Other companies make clients pay a 3% hedge and/or have deals with FOREX companies and find this an important source of income.. Check your invoices.
- And a fifth advantage in process. We are negotiating with a company to plant trees -probably in Ethiopia or Kenya. The trees will have a plaque for each of our clients and will be on the basis x trees per PEO employee. There is no cost to the client. We originally wanted the plaques transferable, so if a client left us their plaques would disappear: but it seems too costly so at the moment once a client has a plaque it is there forever!
