The Le Cheminant International partner for Estonia started in 2015. The same company covers Finland, and Latvia where it started in 2017.

In Estonia, the firm has four full-time people to do cover all aspects of HR advice, payrolling, accounting, company set up, Employer of Record services, plus market consulting.

The firm works with a wide range of clients, both government, NGO and private sector.
