We have a client in Sweden who is thinking about using an EOR solution, (which we provide), unless it can find a way to sign a car leasing contract for Sweden, even if it does not have a legal entity there. We are awaiting feedback from the client. I would be interested to hear from anyone whose company has arranged a car for an employee in a country in which they do not have a legal entity.
