We don't guarantee these are perfectly up to date. Employment law can change overnight in any country, and we can't promise every draft reflects the very latest regulation. What we can promise is that it's a genuine, locally-grounded starting point — not a generic template stretched across 120 countries — and we'll flag anything we know has recently changed.
